Home/Inicio button disappeared from top menu

I placed it wrong with widgets, I think:
Hello,
I don’t know how I did it, but while trying to add a widget to the left side I managed to change the upper menu line completely. I could restore most of it, though the letters appear not as big as they were before and the first word in the top line menu ‘Home’ (or in spanish ‘Inicio’) is missing. Al I could manage is create a page with that name, but not offer the possibility again to enter from the latest entry.
How must I do this?
