Homepage

    I don’t understand choosing a theme — or anything about how to set up a homepage and the instructions make me more confused. I’ve only ever used blogspot before. This is a blog only, so I want my homepage to reflect the blog’s name (it’s a genealogy blog named Homebodies and Pioneers) , then have the blog posts show there. That’s all. When I look at the themes, it looks like pages from someone else’s website. Not clear how this works.

    All the themes show demo content to give you a better idea of how your own site would look with your own content. That way, if you find one you like, you can activate it on your own site and it’ll reflect your own blog content and settings.
