  To restore your site, you will need to purchase the Business subscription your site was previously on. You can do that by clicking on the “Renew Your Plan” button in your site Dashboard:
  https://wordpress.com/home/
  
  As soon as you renew the subscription, you will be able to restore the content of your site.
