Homepage and front page error

    so i have two pages homepage and another page name as startup in india

    I have attach the link to my startups page in homepage but the thing when j open the startup page through it first it shows the full homepage and then i have to scroll down to see my actual startup page

    i am totally new to this so please reply if anyone can help with it
