homepage appearance issue on iphones and ipads only

    We are having an issue with the appearance of our homepage on all iphones and ipads only, across multiple browsers.
    The page displays the site background only, and the homepage starts toward the bottom of the landing screen. You have to scroll way down to begin seeing the homepage content. There is a little blue question mark, in the middle of the blank area, like there is a incompatible image there but that is not the case.
    This issue is ongoing since we installed our premium theme Alante Pro and published our site. Please see the screenshot I added in the link below. This issue does not occur on android phones, or windows computers.
