Homepage / Archives and reading Posts

  I only opened this new website recently and there were some good attention, but all of them went to “Homepage / Archives” (what is this?) – I have made quite a lot of posts, at least 32 posts so far, but none of these readers landed onto specific posts or pages. What am I doing wrong? To access the posts, readers can just easily go to the top menu “Path 1-12”. I just wanted readers to read my posts, not just the homepage alone.
