Your detailed theme description page is at https://wordpress.com/themes/dyad/ and that’s where set up instructions for it are found. The live demo site is at https://dyaddemo.wordpress.com/

I already did all of the things that they say in the instructions. It only made the featured element in the side…

Hi @mminterieur!
Dyad’s demo site and the example site you linked to both display their latest posts on their front page.
To replicate the look, you’ll therefore need to navigate to the Static Front Page panel of the WordPress.com Customizer and select the option to display “your latest posts” on your site’s front page.
Your posts will be displayed in a grid-like design, with any featured image displaying alongside the post’s except.
Let me know if that’s clear or if you have any extra questions. :)

I have one more question! There is only one post appearing in the front page. I thought it was because of the sticky note that i activated in the post but i changed the other posts to it and it doesn’t seems to work

Did you figure this out since sending in your last support request? I’m currently seeing all of your posts on the home page of your site.
Posts need to be published (but it’s not necessary for them to be sticky) in order to be viewed on your home page.
