Homepage content not showing in page editor
-
Hi,
I’ve had many difficulties using WordPress since I got back into it this year (it wasn’t always this difficult) and the newest one is that content on my site’s homepage is displaying on the website itself, but when I open the page editor only the cover image is showing. Everything else is missing, so I can’t edit it.
I’ve tried refreshing, clearing my browser cache, updating my laptop…
I’m worried that if I ‘Update’ or ‘Switch to draft’ I might lose all those blocks (and I recently tried a number of new themes that I later found don’t transfer your homepage content, so respectively I don’t want to have to duplicate it all over again).
Many thanks!

Hi @jessesmithpoet , I can confirm if I click edit here, I’m seeing the whole page. Just not the site template, which is editable elsewhere.
What you’re describing does sound like a browser issue. Can you try logging in with a different browser, and getting a screenshot of what you see? You can add it at https://wordpress.com/media then update us here.
