‘homepage/default page’ not appearing

    Hi

    I cannot get the homepage/default page to appear again on my site, after making some site changes earlier.

    The page I want to make visible is still listed if I check in the ad min section under ‘pages’.

    I think this might have something to do with where I was experimenting with classic blog vs static page settings. But in doing so, I have inadvertently made a page vanish.

    I have visited the ‘Reading’ link in the admin section, which let’s you set default/blog pages. I have tried setting pages to be the homepage and other pages to be the blog page, but am getting nowhere.

    I have also checked the help articles that relate to static/home pages.

    Any help appreciated.
