Homepage edits don't show up

I’ve been away from WP for a few months. My homepage is now messed up (everything looks like it was blown up / expanded). I made edits to correct it, however even after hitting “publish” they don’t show up when I go back onto my site. In other words, it looks one way when I view it from within WP and different when I pull up my site independently. How can I get my edits to show up?

I’m afraid that, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Siteground.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
