Homepage fails to load

Hello, I am new to this forum!
The website is http://www.thenakedmidwives.co.uk.
When you go to the homepage, sometimes you see a picture next to the book now and sometimes you don’t. When you select the Book a course section, you should see a drop down. If the image on the left does not load you don’t see the drop down. So you have to refresh / go to another page and come back. If the image on the left does load, you do see the dropdown. We want it so that works like the latter obviously. It used to work, but recently it doesn’t.
Please can someone advise? Thanks
