  Hello,
  I can not log in to my homepage, it says all email addresses and my username is wrong or does not exist. My ex boyfriend created this site, his name is Jan Daniel Hollmann and he paid 0.99 euro a month but since three years he does not. Now I have this problem. Can you help me? I just want to work on my site and feed the blog I’ve made. My email address now is (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  It appears that your website uses the self-hosted version of WordPress rather than WordPress.com, which is what this forum is designed to help with. Note the difference here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  You may be able to find help here: https://wordpress.org/support/ or alternatively contact your hosting provider.

  Hope this gets fixed soon!
