Homepage 'Footer' issue

  Hello All,

  I am having an issue with the footer on my homepage. It looks relatively weird in comparison to all the other pages on my site. ie the footer isn’t in the footer and it is on the left hand side rather then centered. I would like it to look like the footer on all the other pages of my website. Would you possibly have an idea on how I could get this fixed?

  Also there is an image on the buttom right-hand side where it says ‘English’ could you let me know how I could get rid of this?
