Homepage Issues WP-admin

    Hey,

    I’m contacting as when using my Windows computer my websites homepage is not updating and when I log on to edit it through wp-admin there is no admin bar to do this, just shows as if I’m viewing from a browser. From my homepage it also shows only the old menu without the new blog section and has not updated to changes i’ve made to the homepage from a MacBook pro. Other pages work fine. Can you help me find a solution?
