Homepage layout massed up

  I was trying out some background colors and now the right bar moved leaving a grey area on the right on the entire page. Before the Header picture was from complete from left until right but not there is this grey/colorless area on the right side. How to I return to the original way

  I am sorry it does not help me.

  I have full width page as my setup, however there is a grey column on the right side which was not there before. The search button is supposed to be on the absolute right without any space between it and the web-browser’s scrollbar.

  Just as it looks like on the theme page which you sent me

  To assist Staff to assist you please post this specific info here:
  (a) Exactly what kind of device you are using to connect to the internet and to WordPress.com.
  (b) Exactly which browser (and version of it) you’re using by checking here if necessary http://supportdetails.com/
  (c) Screenshots can be very helpful. You can use http://snag.gy/ or http://cloudup.com to share screenshots and link to them here. If you use the WordPress.com guide for screenshots http://en.support.wordpress.com/make-a-screenshot/ you can and upload it to your Media Library, and return to this thread to provide the file name so Staff can examine it.
