Homepage on Cellphone

    My company website homepage does not load correctly on cell phone. We were using a custome theme but I cannot seem to edit it.

    When it loads on the phone, our logo and hompage graphics pop up but you cannot access the menu bar or any of the other tabs

    Thanks for writing to us. After taking a quick look at the site I can see that it’s actually hosted through GoDaddy, not WordPress.com. Y’all are set up on a stand alone WordPress installation and don’t use our managed hosting environment here. Because of that, I don’t have any access to the site for further troubleshooting.

    Generally speaking, when using the stand alone WordPress installation you are responsible for all the components of the site. Perhaps y’all have a hired web developer that you can reach out to for help with the mobile view of the site?

    Otherwise, you’ll want to contact your theme developer for any tips about mobile view. There’s also a volunteer community at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

    With our managed hosting environment this is not something y’all would need to spend time on because all of our themes are optimized for mobile compatibility. It’s how most folks use the internet now, and how they’ll view your site. If you’d like to chat more about the benefits of a managed hosting environment just let me know.
