Homepage problems: Intro Blog Posts

  I’m looking for a template that will allow me to have a picture / introductory text on my homepage, but that will also allow the homepage to display the most recent blog posts?

  Anyone know how I might do this?

  Hi there!

  Many themes will allow an intro and photo on your front page, along with your latest blog posts, depending on how you want it to be displayed.

  For example, on Twenty Sixteen, the “about” in the sidebar is a spot where you could include your intro text: https://wordpress.com/themes/twentysixteen/.
