Homepage settings help, please..

  Hi everyone, I want my homepage to show just a short preview of recent posts, instead of the full post. Can someone tell me where to find that setting?

  You can use a “more” tag for this purpose.

  There are also many themes that do this automatically.

  Some themes also allow excerpts which are even better than more tags.
