Homepage social media icons and links to other pages

I am changing a lot of my pages and I was wondering how do I make the titles of the new pages show up as like a horizontal menu bar across the top of my homepage? Similar to how the social media icons populate. Also, how do I change what social media accounts are linked on my homepage?

It sounds like you want to add a navigation menu to your site. The method for doing that will depend on the theme you’re using – you’ll either do this from the Customizer, or by adding a navigation block in the site editor:
