  I’ve recently set up a hootsuite account and connected my self hosted wordpress website and everything was running fine. Since then I’ve changed my user name/public display name and it keeps coming up with the error ‘an error occurred with wordpress, please try again’ in hootsuite. Any help or suggestions would be great.

  Hi stuarttempletonoogywawa,

  This is probably an issue with Hootsuite and not WordPress. I would connect with the Hootsuite support and see if you can get it worked out with them.
