HootSuite and WordPress

  Hello! I am trying to log on to my WordPress.com onto my hootsuite (not adding the stream, but the social site) and it keeps denying me and keeps saying there is an error. …..ultimately I want to link my social media sites to my blog sites.

  We provide support only for sites hosted by wordpress.COM. We do not provide support for wordpress.ORG software installs. Your site is not hosted by wordpress.COM. Our support docs do not apply, our theme versions are not the same as wordpress.ORG versions, and we do not provide support. You are posting to the wrong support forum.

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.   As you are referring to a wordpress.ORG software install on paid hosting, if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.
