hootsuite says my blog is owned by someone else

  I was trying to set a hootsuite account with this blog but it says it’s owned by someone else and I have to ask permission to use it? the account is (email visible only to moderators and staff)?
  I searched help but didn’t find anyone to answer this question.

  This sort of ownership is handled by Hootsuite. Unfortunately, you’ll need to contact them for assistance.
