  How do I enable xml-rpc so I can put my blog on hootsuite?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  These applications may ask for something like an XML-RPC (or API) endpoint, which will be your blog domain followed by “xmlrpc.php”. So, for example, if your blog was at matt.wordpress.com, your endpoint would be:

  http://matt.wordpress.com/xmlrpc.php

  Any desktop application will also require a username and password – this is the same username and password that you use to login to WordPress.com.

  BTW, @yalbi: your blog isn’t yalbi.wordpress.org
  Maybe it’s yalbi.wordpress.com? ;)

  I have a similar issue/error

  I am using wordpress.org but have Jetpack Plugin installed which allows me to get a WordPress.com username and password.

  I would like to add WordPress Social Network and post all my content through Hootsuite (I have also installed the WordPress.org App) by just adding WordPress from my available Streams

  When I try to add the Hootsuite Social Network it shows WordPress.com Blog and asks for
  Wordpress.com Login:
  Wordpress.com Password:

  I enter both of these from my WordPress.com site, which I have triple checked

  I get an error occurred in WordPress, please try again

  How do I resolve this?
  I also want to make sure I am pointing to my Blog page on my website
