  Hope not paying for this was charged 5 days ago on my card thought this was free please help me thank you.

  I took a look, and it doesn’t look like there’s any history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity under the account you’re currently logged into, so we’re limited to what we can help with and advise here.

  You would not have been charged unless you chose options that required a paid plan at the time you launched your site.

  Since there aren’t any charges under the account you’re currently logged into, you’ll need to go a different route to get that refund. If you enter the charge details at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ we should be able to help you with this.

  The transaction ID needed will be on your bank statement as WordPress followed by a letter/number code. They’ll look like this:

  WordPress XXXXXXXXXX

  If the charge on your bank statement does not follow that format, the charge was not made here at WordPress.com.
