Hoping to set up Publicize

  I’m on the WordPress site for my site. I want to link my account to Twitter, Facebook, Tumblr, etc. Problem is, when I go to ‘My Site → Tools → Marketing’ the page is blank.
  That it’s blank makes it impoassible to do the linking. Is there something I can do so I can see these tools and use them? Thanks.
