  I cannot access my website horizonspub.com. I do not think it is actually through this account as it was set up by a friend and transferred to me. Up to now I have had no problem getting access however now I am blocked for some reason. It is possible that it is something to do with the original email address which is no longer operative. I have tried to reset but cannot without logging in and of course the registered email is invalid and I have forgotten the password anyway. I have alternative emails but the permutations of email addresses and passwords are endless. Please help me get back in to my website!!!!!

  You are correct that horizonspub.com is owned by a different user account than the one you’ve contacted us from.

  I’ve sent an email to the email address connected to the correct account to help you locate the login credentials needed.

  Thank you for your reply.

  Unfortunately the email address associated with the website is no longer valid, it got lost when I migrated the domain name to my new host! Any email sent to that address is doomed to circle cyberspace for ever!

  Without putting an alternative email address on here…. we are stuck! Is there a more secure means of continuing this discussion?

  I have been going through a lot of the old emails between us and WordPress. The registered email is the dead one. I need to change it back to the original before we can get anywhere. I changed the address to this on 28/8/14. If you check your records for your (redacted) also of 28/8/14 you will see the old and now correct email address.
