Horizontal layout for blog posts

  Are there any free themes that display a horizontal layout for blog posts? This seems to be the trend for many fashion/beauty blogs right now.

  If not, is there any way to adjust my blog so that I can provide this kind of display? I’m using the Bueono theme. My blog is: The Blush Stops Here

  There is no such theme here. It might conceivably be possible with the Custom Design upgrade, but definitely not without it.

  Interesting. I know a guy who had one of the first two horizontal blogs in the world, but he made it in Expression Engine, not WordPress.

  Oh! That’s not what I was thinking of as a horizontal layout at all! I was thinking you meant something like http://www.meredithperdue.com/editorial/

  If you want something grid-based with a striking way to display featured images, you might like the Gridspace theme.

  If you want a minimalist layout, you might like the Elemin theme.

  You might also like Lens, Fontfolio, or Hatch.

  I’m not sure exactly what you mean by horizontal layouts, but check out the suggestions above to see if you spot anything you like. :)

  I find that really striking images capture my attention. Maybe try adding a few more? Also, try adding just one or two extra tags on your posts, something more general like “makeup.” I’m not sure how far it will take you, but maybe it will help!

  Also, yes, always continue to improve content! Writing is an art. :)
