Horizontal Separator appearing as two lines instead of one

    Hello!
    I use the horizontal separator to break up sections.
    Overnight last night, it seems there was an update to provide more functionality to customize the separators; but, there seems to be a bug in the CSS in which the horizontal separators are now appearing as two horizontal lines instead of one.
    Can the software engineers please provide a fix?
