Horrendous support!

I have repeatedly explained why I can’t access my blog site AND NO ONE has responded except with canned answers. I need direct contact: it’s an old site and I’d like to update it. Don’t seem to remember the email, pre-dated two-factor ID, so I don’t have that, and there’s no record in my COSTA RICAN bank of your charges. Imcan’t tell ytou how bad the support has been and when saomeone referred me to a ‘customer support’ person–the supposed email from that person NEVER arrived. Thoroughly frustrated and not a little annoyed.
