Host DNS issue

    My registrar Automattic Inc. has the wrong A record in my DNS settings. They were supposed to change when I migrated to Wix but never did.

    The site I need help with is mrstanrealestate.wpcomstaging.com. It is not hosted by WordPress.com, but it is connected with Jetpack.

    Hi there,

    My registrar Automattic Inc. has the wrong A record in my DNS settings. They were supposed to change when I migrated to Wix but never did.

    It seems that you filed a dispute for the payment that was made to WordPress.com to register the domain.

    When you disputed the payment, we canceled the subscriptions on our end. That includes the registration of the domain mrstanrealestate.com. As a result, the domain is no longer owned by you.

    I’ve sent an email to your WordPress.com account email address. If you’d like to restore the domain, please reply to the email so that we can help with the next steps.
