Hi
I have check and see your website is working on both desktop and mobile. Are you still facing this issue?
Moreover i can see some issue not related to this on your website which is :
- Your meta description is too long, this will cause SEO issue as google and bing cut it.
- url issue> go on your wordpress dashboard, then settings > then permalink> choose postname option. actually its on id and your url are showing underscores which is not good for your SEO.
- For you to see related issue of your website, i would suggest you to run a test on a web analyzer . https://www.webrev.urbanspc.com/

Ok thanks, the website is coming up on mobile but for some reason my menu button on mobile is not working.

For this I would suggest you consult a professional as this issue is from your templates.
Talk and ask if they can resolve the issue as it must be simple

Hi @nellyflaque!
Ok thanks, the website is coming up on mobile but for some reason my menu button on mobile is not working.
I had a look at the site now and while your site appears to be working correctly, it definitely looks like the mobile ‘Menu’ button provided by your theme ‘Fitness Gymhouse’ isn’t working as it should. I’m not too sure what’s causing this, but it might be related to how the menu interacts with (or perhaps more accurately, conflicts with) your optimization plugin 10web.
In general we suggest not adding extra optimization plugins as we do already provide optimization services; but it also seems like there’s a ‘cache expired’ error message which comes up in my browser when I try to open the mobile menu. The error seems to come from the 10web plugin – I might suggest either trying to deactivate its caching functions or possibly first refreshing/clearing the cache that it provides. In general though, the best place to ask for help is the support forum for this plugin as the creators are better able to provide the type of information you’d need:
