Host wordpress site not link to my wordpress.com account

Hello,
well problem consist of the following, I have a host wordpress blog through go-daddy, and I also open my wordpress.com account in order to activate the akismet plug in. In the site I add the blogrolls to the sites that I’m following, but everything shows on 0, zip, nada ! so I went to my wordpress.co account check everything, e-mail is ok, I’m reviving the e-mail for the new post ect, but in the wordpress.com account it says that I don’t have a blog!! anyway that I can link weblog to the wordpress.com account ? or is there is something that I’m missing?
