Hosted Blog address changed, Not updated on WP.com

  I changed the address of my self hosted blog from a subdomain to the root domain and it isn’t reflected in the “My Blogs” list at WordPress.com. This is a problem for Jetpack monitor. How do I update it?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You will need to disconnect and reconnect Jetpack at the new URL.
