Hosted blog and avoiding duplicate content

  Hi all,

  I have just created a WP blog. This blog was then moved to a hosted site. From what I understand, the content can be accessed both from:
  myblog.wordpress.com AND myURL/blog

  This I believe creates duplicate content which isn’t good from an SEO perspective. How should I avoid this? Should I create a blog that is hidden from spiders myhiddenblog.wordpress.com and then pull the content on myURL.com/blog?

  Or should I do something else?
