Hostgator domain setup on wordpress

    Hey so I recently bought a domain from godaddy and then used the domain for my shopify store while i still had the 14 day free trial setup, then when the trial eneded I could not get my domain back bacause i no longer had access to shopify, i contacted shopify support and they took it off for me then i went to godaddy and disconnected it from there. But the problem i am having now is that when i try connecting my domain to wordpress it either redirects me to godaddy or it says site is temporary unavilable. Please help does anyone know what i could do i have tried chating with hostgator support and they give out really bad answers that obviously dont work. Someone has some knowledge on what is happing i would love to hear from you thanks!

    You mean you want to map your domain to your WordPress blog (https://rodazblog.wordpress.com/) ?
