  im going to get a host
  is it ok to get it from go daddy or it is better to get it from blue host

  I believe you refer to a domain name hosting only, since you are using a .com blog.
  There are several websites selling domain names, sometimes at different rates. You should first settle on the domain name you wish to purchase, and then try and find the best deal for it.

  Mine was chosen using https://www.expireddomains.net/backorder-expired-domains/ as I wanted an already existing one.
