  Hello, I have a wordpress site that is, I suppose, hosted by ipage. Is the wordpress hosting for personal use at 2.99/month ALWAYS that price or is that just an introductory price?
  Could I transfer my wordpress site to be hosted by wordpress and not a third party when ipage account runs out without losing everything?? I’m NOT computer savvy at all so it would be helpful if, when the time comes, if someone could do that for me or guide me step by step. I’ve already rebuilt my site twice due to moving from hostgator to ipage. Since I don’t incur any income or money out of my page, and it’s just for personal fun use, I’d prefer not to pay an arm and leg to stay at either hostgator or ipage or transfer and lose everything again. Thank you for your time and help.

  That is a basic paid plan, all payments are annually. You can know more about them here WordPress plans , you can choose your plan as per your requirment.
