  why cant I upload Divi. Ive paid for hosting with Siteground that covers this cost

  You might be confusing WordPress.com with WordPress.org. When you register a web hosting with Siteground or any other web hosting company, you tend to have a self-hosted WordPress website.

  We can only help if your website is hosted on WordPress.com.
