  I understand I have changed hosting and now my website is completely down, I cannt access my login or anything, is there a way I can fix this issue

  Hi there, your site is now on HostGator, so you need to start by contacting their technical support to see if they can tell you why your site is down and either help you fix it to tell you what you need to do to fix it.

  I do see what looks like an inconsistency in the DNS nameserver settings.

  Hostgator may tell you that you need to contact your domain registrar and change some things if the inconsistency I see is the issue.
