  Is hosting included in the Business plan? & if so, does it allow me to build my own site from scratch or can I only use the provided templates?

  Hosting is included in all available plans. Each plan has different and extra features.

  You can use the available themes or, with the Business plan you can upload your own WordPress compatible theme.
