  Can you share more details of what you’re trying to do? Your new site https://neverstartdotorg.wordpress.com/ is hosted here at WordPress.com. If you have a site hosted elsewhere you want help with you’re asking in the wrong place. If you mean you have your own domain hosted elsewhere and you want to use it with https://neverstartdotorg.wordpress.com/ then no, you can’t do that for free. A Personal plan or higher is required.
