  I am currently hosting my worpress .com site through register.com and would like to transfer that to wordpress so I am not paying the register.com fees any more. Is this possible?

  Unfortunately we cannot currently transfer domains in to WordPress.com. You can only register domains with us or point your domain at our servers.
