Hello, I want to find out if wordpress.com is hosting my website. I am paying bluehost to host and domain but recently found out I don’t need to pay bluehost for hosting since wordpress.com does the hosting. Thanks!

I don’t see any sites under your account, what’s the address of the site you’re working on?
To clear up any further confusion, there is WordPress.com and WordPress.org, and they are two different entities.
We, WordPress.com, are a cloud-based platform where we manage WordPress sites, whereas WordPress.org is stand-alone software that you can download and self-host with any other hosting.

Yes that site is hosted over at Bluehost, not here at WordPress.com so if you want the site to keep working you need to keep paying Bluehost.
