  Hi!

  So, the WordPress.com interface incorporates not only hosting, but design and other elements as well, all streamlined largely with the idea of getting websites going from the ground up as painlessly as possible. If you have an existing website, it is possible to import that content to a WordPress.com site, otherwise, I’d suggest looking at the Getting Started guide if you’re having any problems.
