  I would like to buy WordPress.com Premium and I would like to know if the price (99$) includes hosting by WordPress.com, as it isn’t very clear. in the terms of condition.

  WordPress.com premium does not include a domain if that’s what you mean. Domain’s are seperate. If you want to map a domain see here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/add-a-domain/

  woops, I made a mistake. I checked premium upgrades and it seems it does include domains
