To clarify, there’s three different “WordPress” at play here:
1. The free, open-source WordPress software which powers your website.
2. WordPress.org which is the open-source project that works on the WordPress software and where you can get the software for free to use on your own hosting provider.
3. WordPress.com which is a managed hosting provider of the WordPress software.Your site
janthomsontherapy.co.ukappears to be using the WordPress software on the hosting provider cloudhosting.co.uk, so you likely are already paying for hosting. Also, since your site is not hosted with us, we’re not able to help you with your site here. You’re seeing the site under your account because whomever set up your site connected the Jetpack plugin to your WordPress.com account to activate its features. Using Jetpack does not take the place of your hosting provider, so you would need to continue paying for that.
If you have questions, you should reach out to the person who created your site for you and if you still have trouble, please reach out to the WordPress community for guidance:
