Go daddy is the domain for both my websites and they also confirmed WordPress ? I keep getting the run around about you guys not the host but it is confirmed twice that you are. My http://www.royalyonicspa.com is offline and not up at all which is a serious issue I’m missing a lot of money? Also http://www.yonicvspa.com was stated to me that this site will go down in a week? I really need help!! I had a marketer who was helping with my websites and marketing check his info email is (email visible only to moderators and staff) they are no longer with my company and they also stated it was wordpress as well please confirm -
Hi there,
From what I can see, GoDaddy is your host – both your domains are pointing to IP addresses controlled by GoDaddy, and the content loading for your sites are being downloaded from GoDaddy’s servers.
You are also using WordPress, but the open source WordPress software, made by the community on WordPress.org. That community provides support for the software at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/, but the issues you’re describing sounds like hosting issues, not software issues.
WordPress.com, where you’re posting now, is something different. We’re a hosting provider, like GoDaddy, but your sites aren’t hosted with us and we have no control over them.
My http://www.royalyonicspa.com is offline and not up at all
That site is loading, but it’s giving a security warning because the SSL certificate, that lets the site load over https, has expired. The SSL certificate is installed on your hosting provider’s servers, so GoDaddy’s, which means this is something they should be able to help you with.
Also http://www.yonicvspa.com was stated to me that this site will go down in a week?
I’m afraid I really don’t know what this is about. You’d need to ask whoever told you that, why the site will go down and what you need to do to prevent it. It looks like your current SSL certificate for that domain expires on 24 May, so it could be that.
The only other thing that would take down your entire site is if the domain expired (I checked, and your domain appears to be valid until January 2023), or if your hosting plan with GoDaddy expired, so with this also it’s best to ask them.
I’m sorry I can’t be of more help here, but we really have no control at all over your sites, and don’t have any information about them aside from what’s publicly available.
