  I have two sites made using WrodPress that are hosted by Godaddy. I have questions about it.

  Correct account: Yes

  The two types of WordPress are wordpress.com and wordpress.org
  If you want to know the differences between .com and .org please read this document https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/

  If your sites are hosted with GoDaddy they are using wordpress.org
  Please contact GoDaddy for help or create an account and use the wordpress.org forum for help
