  I have WordPress e commerce plan. I will connect my site to a hosting service, but I don’t know how to do this. They told me that I should upload the files to the C panel, but I have no information about these steps.

  your ecommerce plan includes hosting, so you don’t need and can’t connect it to a third party hosting.
