  All WordPress.com sites come with hosting. :) In fact, your site at respiratologycom.wordpress.com already has free hosting with us. By upgrading to a WordPress.com plan, you add more features to your site — such as additional storage space, the ability to upload videos, use Styles, and, on the Creator plan and higher, use third-party themes and plugins.
